Privacy Policy
MiraCMO ("MiraCMO", "we", "us") is a product operated by Tradetron Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you use miracmo.ai and the AI CMO you hire, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the service you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Tradetron Inc. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at mira@miracmo.ai.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, phone number, company name, and login credentials.
- Identity-verification data — information used to confirm you are authorised to direct Mira and approve spend.
- Operational data — instructions you give Mira, conversations, tasks, approvals, budget envelopes, and the resulting logs and audit trail.
- Connected-account data — when you connect your own keys (e.g. ad platforms, cloud, job boards), the tokens and account data needed to act on your behalf. We store these encrypted.
- Billing data — wallet top-ups, usage metering, and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To run Mira and carry out the work you direct.
- To meter usage, top up wallets, and bill you accurately at cost where we pass spend through.
- To verify identity and enforce the approval and budget controls you set.
- To maintain a full audit trail you can review and export.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve the product and support you.
4. AI processing
Mira runs on Claude (Anthropic) and other model providers. Content you and Mira exchange is sent to these providers to generate responses. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private operational data to train third-party foundation models. Provider processing is governed by their respective terms.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and model providers that power the service; (b) the third-party platforms you explicitly connect, in order to do the work you ask for; (c) payment and compliance providers; and (d) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Security
Credentials and connected-account keys are encrypted at rest. Access is identity-gated, and every action Mira takes is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and keep them current.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request export or deletion of your logs at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email mira@miracmo.ai.
9. International transfers
We operate globally and may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change.
